• Participating in Discord communities where Thrivebot is active, in accordance with their respective rules.
• Using Thrivebot’s premium features, if subscribed, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

🚫 Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using Thrivebot in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or this policy. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal Activities: Using Thrivebot to engage in or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or distribution of illegal content.
• Harassment or Abuse: Using Thrivebot to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others, including sending abusive or offensive messages, or using features to target specific users across multiple servers.
• Spamming & Automation: Sending unsolicited messages, flooding channels, using "user-bots" to interact with Thrivebot, or automating commands in a way that degrades service performance.
• Scamming & Exploits: Attempting to deceive other users for financial gain, exploiting economy bugs for infinite currency, or conducting fraudulent transactions.
• Malicious Use: Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or harm Thrivebot’s systems, including reverse-engineering, injecting malicious code, or overloading the bot with excessive requests.
• Inappropriate Content: Using Thrivebot to share or promote content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, NSFW (Not Safe For Work) in non-age-gated channels, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access Thrivebot’s systems, databases, or other users’ data without authorization.
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating others, including Thrivebot staff, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
• Violation of Intellectual Property: Using Thrivebot to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, as outlined in our DMCA Policy.

👤 User Conduct

When using Thrivebot, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and this AUP.
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users, as outlined in our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy.
• Use Thrivebot in a manner that does not disrupt or interfere with its functionality or other users’ experiences.
• Follow the rules and guidelines of any Discord server where Thrivebot is active.

💬 Discord Developer Policy Compliance

Thrivebot operates in accordance with Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy. By using Thrivebot, you agree that:

• You will not use Thrivebot to collect or solicit Discord user passwords or login credentials
• You will not use Thrivebot to artificially inflate server membership or manipulate engagement metrics
• You will not use self-bots or user-bots to interact with Thrivebot
• You will respect user decisions to opt-out, block, or remove Thrivebot from servers

🔒 Data Protection

When using Thrivebot, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will handle any data accessed through Thrivebot in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• You will not attempt to access, extract, or misuse other users' personal data
• Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their use of Thrivebot complies with their community's privacy expectations

⚖️ Enforcement

Thrivebot reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates this AUP. Actions may include:

• Issuing warnings to the user.
• Temporarily or permanently suspending access to Thrivebot’s services.

• Reporting illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

We may also cooperate with law enforcement or third parties to address violations of this policy.

🚨 Reporting Violations

If you believe a user is violating this AUP, please report the issue to us via one of the following methods:

• Direct message the bot owner (Username: @ocyeanic).
• Notify any staff member in our support server.
• Email support@thrivebot.in with details of the violation, including any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots, message IDs).

We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with this policy.
