🎯 1. Purpose

This AUP ensures Thrivebot is used lawfully and respectfully, protecting our services and community.

✅ 2. Permitted Uses

You may use Thrivebot for lawful and appropriate purposes, including:

  • Engaging with Thrivebot’s features, such as moderation and other Discord server functionalities.
  • Participating in Discord communities where Thrivebot is active, in accordance with their respective rules.
  • Using Thrivebot’s premium features, if subscribed, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

🚫 3. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using Thrivebot to violate laws or this policy. Prohibited activities include:

  • Illegal Activities: Using Thrivebot to engage in or promote illegal activities.
  • Harassment or Abuse: Using Thrivebot to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others.
  • Spamming & Automation: Sending unsolicited messages, flooding channels, using "user-bots".
  • Scamming & Exploits: Attempting to deceive other users for financial gain, exploiting bugs.
  • Malicious Use: Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or harm Thrivebot’s systems.
  • Inappropriate Content: Using Thrivebot to share or promote content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, NSFW.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access systems without authorization.
  • Misrepresentation: Impersonating others.
  • Violation of Intellectual Property: Infringing on copyrights, see our DMCA Policy.

👤 4. User Conduct

When using Thrivebot, you agree to:

  • Be at least 13 years of age.
  • Comply with laws and this AUP.
  • Respect privacy (see Privacy Policy and GDPR).
  • Not disrupt functionality.
  • Follow rules of Discord servers.

💬 5. Discord Compliance

Thrivebot operates in accordance with Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
