  • First-Time Subscribers: Refunds are generally available for first-time premium subscribers only. Repeat subscriptions may not qualify.

  • Immediate Access Revocation: Upon refund approval, access to premium features is immediately revoked.

  • Purchase date and transaction ID (from Lemon Squeezy receipt email)

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

2.3 What Happens After Cancellation

  • Immediate Effect: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Continued Access: You retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
  • No Partial Refunds: No refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle after cancellation.
  • Automatic Renewal Stops: Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again.
  • Reactivation Available: You may resubscribe at any time by purchasing a new subscription.

⚠️ Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

  • Contact First: Always reach out to our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

If you believe a charge was made in error or without authorization, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, issue a full refund regardless of the timeframe. Do not file a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting us, as this may result in a permanent ban from Thrivebot's services.
  • Chargeback Consequences: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent ban from all Thrivebot services and may be reported to payment fraud prevention systems.
  • Fraudulent Claims: Making false claims or abusing refund/chargeback systems will result in account termination.
